Create a Spotify password. If this doesn’t work, get help here. Disconnect Facebook. Note: If you signed up with Facebook, you can't disconnect it. Close any other apps you’re not using; Reinstall the app; Check @SpotifyStatus for any ongoing issues; Didn’t work? If it’s not the same there, it’s likely an issue with your device: Check your device is supported and up to date.
